What If................

What if Allah couldn't take the time to bless us today because we couldn't take the time to thank Him yesterday..?

What if Allah decided to stop leading us tomorrow because we didn't follow Him today..?

What if we never saw another flower bloom because we grumbled whenever Allah sent the rain..?

What if Allah didn't walk with us today because we failed to recognize it as His day..?

What if Allah took away His message because we failed to listen to messanger..?

What if the door of the mosque was closed because we didn't open the door of our heart..?

What if Allah stop loving and caring for us because we failed to love and care for others..?

What if Allah would not hear us today because we would not listen to Him..?

What if Allah answered our prayers the way we answer His call..?

What if Allah mets our needs the way we give our lives..?

What if we failed to understand this..??

Maintaining Friendship.....

Be a secrete admirer of your friend:
If your friend is good at something then do not praise him/her in his/her presence. Praising a person for what he/she is good, does not improve his/her qualities, but can cause over-confidence to be induced in him/her, which surely will be harmful for your friend. A good friend should never miss an opportunity to praise his/her friend in front of others when he/she is not around.

Don't proved him/her wrong in public:
As it is important not to praise a friend openly in his/her presence, it is also very much important to abstain from proving him/her wrong in front of other people. Take him/her away from the crowd and let him/her know where he/she is wrong. There is no point in proving your friend wrong in other's presence; it will spoil your friend's image in other's view. And additionally your friendship will be in danger.

Try to understand your friend:
It is always important to understand what your friend is worried about or what problems he/she is facing. Always try to understand the situation your friend is in and try to soothe him/her. It is evident that if people are undergoing some problems, they will not speak up their problems to their brothers or sisters, they will instead tell everything to their friends. Let your friend speak up, just listen to him/her and be with him/her until your friend does not come out of frustration.

Pull Your Friend Away From Making Mistakes:
If your friend is doing something wrong, it is your duty to let him/her know it at earliest. Keep in mind; best friend has to play a role of critic if he/she wants his/her friend to stop doing wrong things. But again keep in mind not to show your friends mistakes in front of other people. Sometimes it is important to understand your friend's intentions behind his/her actions and try to analyze situation, then only you should give your opinion.

The Ego Problem:
Never let ego spoil your friendship. It is no reason to be jealous if your friend is not at all able to speak to you and is with someone else, you have to be his/her friend, do not expect word of gratitude from the person you think is your friend. Sometimes there could be a clash between you and your friend, and you both stop talking to each other for some time, it is not at all wrong to speak first and say sorry to your friend, no matter what happens.

Try to Teach Good Things:
If you are a true friend, you should never give your hungry friend a fish, instead, you should teach him/her how to fish, this will give your friend food for lifetime. A good friend will never wish his/her friend to be dependent on someone.

Do Not Interfere:
Most important point that one should take care of is that your friend has his/her own life and you should not interfere in his/her life. You have a right to tell your friend what is good and what is bad, but you do not have a right to make someone do what you wish. Hope this will help you out solve some of your problems you are facing in friendship.

10 Things We Waste

Ten things we waste :-

1. Our Knowledge:
Wasted by not taking action with it.

2. Our Actions:
Wasted by committing them without sincerity.

3. Our Wealth:
Wasted by using on things that will not bring us ajr (reward from Allah). We waste ourmoney, our status, our authority, on things which have no benefit in this life or in akhirah (hereafter).

4. Our Hearts:
Wasted because they are empty from the love of Allah, and the feeling of longing to go to Him, and a feeling of peace and contentment. In it's place, our hearts are filled with something or someone else.

5. Our Bodies:
Wasted because we don't use them in ibadah (worship) and service of Allah.

6. Our Love:
Our emotional love is misdirected, not towards Allah, but towards something/someone else.

7. Our Time:
Wasted, not used properly, to compensate for that which has passed, by doing what is righteous to make up for past deeds.

8. Our Intellect:
Wasted on things that are not beneficial, that are detrimental to society and the individual, not in contemplation or reflection.

9. Our Service:
Wasted in service of someone who will not bring us closer to Allah, or benefit in dunyaa(this world).

If Tomorrow Never Comes....

If tomorrow never comes
Have I done what I should have done today
Or did I just let time slip away

If tomorrow never comes
Have I said sorry to the people I have done wrong hurting
And plead to God for forgiveness for all my sinning

If tomorrow never comes
Did I say thanks to the people I know,
Or I just didn’t bother to show

If tomorrow never comes
Will I know what is next to come,
And will I get to paradise with a warm welcome

If tomorrow never comes
I won’t let the day pass away,
And cherish what I have today

If tomorrow never comes
I’m sure to strive my best,
And make that day the best from the rest
We will never know if we have tomorrow,
So I plead to God with full of sorrow:

DEAR LORD SHOW ME THE WAY,
FOR YOUR WAY IS THE ONLY WAY,
AND MAKE MY EVERYDAY MY BEST DAY,
AMIN...

Penghulu Istighfar

Syaddad bin Aus r.‘a. meriwayatkan bahawa Nabi s.‘a.w. bersabda:

BAGUSLA KALAU DAH TAHU..Sebar2kan supaya jumlah pesakit jantung & barah berkurang.

Yoga vs Solah

Interestingly, for the millions of people enrolled in yoga classes, the Islamic form of prayer has provided Muslims for fourteen centuries with some of yoga’s same (and even superior) benefits.

This simple form of “yoga” offers physical, mental, and spiritual benefits five times a day as Muslims assume certain positions while reciting Qur’an and athkar (remembrances). If you’re interested, read further…

The Muslim prayer has five positions, and they all have a corresponding relationship with our spiritual and mental well being, according to modern scientific research. The Takbir and Al Qiyyam (mountain pose in Yoga) - found to improve posture, balance, and self-awareness. Normalizes blood pressure, breathing, thus providing many benefits to asthma heart patients.

Placement of hands on the chest during the Qiyyam position - activates the nerve pathway, which directs our awareness of self in the world and controls the health of the muscular system, skin, intestines, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and eyes. When the hands are held open for du’a, they activate the heart ; center of the feelings of love, harmony, and peace, and to control love and compassion. It also governs the health of the heart, lungs, thymus, immune system, and circulatory system. When Muslims recite the Qur’an, old thoughts, feelings, fears and guilt are released or healed, and blood pressure and stress levels are reduced. Some specific sounds, in fact, correspond to major organs in the body. Vibrations made when pronouncing the long vowels, 'A', 'E' and 'U,' stimulated the heart, lungs, and the thyroid, pineal, pituitary, and adrenal glands.

The position of Ruku (forward bend) stretches the muscles of the lower back, thighs, legs and calves, and allows blood to be pumped down into the upper torso. It tones the muscles of the stomach, abdomen, and kidneys. Forming a right angle allows the stomach muscles to develop, and prevents flabbiness in the mid-section.It also promotes a greater flow of blood into the upper regions of body – particularly to the head, eyes, ears, nose, brain, and lungs – allowing mental toxins to be released.

The Sujud - activates the person’s spiritual connection with the universe around them and their enthusiasm for spiritual pursuits. This nerve pathway is also correlated to the health of the brain, nervous system, and pineal gland. Controls basic human survival instincts and provides essential grounding. This helps to develop levelheaded and positive thinking along with a highly motivated view of life, and maintains the health of the lymph and skeletal systems, the prostate, bladder, and the adrenal glands. The position of Al Qaadah) -(Thunderbolt Pose in yoga), which firms the toes, knees, thighs, and legs. good for those prone to excessive sleep, and those who like to keep long hours.

Furthermore, this position assists in speedy digestion, aids the detoxification of the liver, and stimulates peristaltic action in the large intestine.Last, but not least, the by turning the head towards first the right and then the left shoulder in the closing of the prayer - This nerve path is linked to the throat, neck, arms, hands, bronchials, and hearing – effecting individual creativity and communication.
