This man is Haruka Nishimatsu,
Japan Airlines CEO who cuts his salary to save company costs and revenue and to keep people employed. Since 2007, he earns less than a regular pilot of his own company.
He uses bus to go to work everyday.
At lunch, he lines up with other employees.
His desk is an open space with his co workers
We need more CEO's like him. A true gentlemen.
